Lisa Ebersole is an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and filmmaker. She holds an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA, has taught at New York Film Academy, NYU, and UCLA. Lisa co-founded THE WRITING INTENSIVE coaching service with Producer Tom Nunan.

Lisa currently consults for writers, filmmakers, and content creators who are serious about their craft and ready to treat their careers as a business. She works as a script doctor and coach to elevate clients’ writing from “professional” to undeniable. Prior to her work in the industry, Lisa wrote advertising and marketing copy for brands like Coca-Cola and Clearasil. She is an expert wordsmith, known for writing that is sharp, clear, concise, and lyrical.

In her personal work, Lisa's comedy web series 37 Problems launched on Amazon Prime in October 2017 and Elizabeth Banks Comedy Channel WHOHAHA in August 2018. She is currently pitching a 1/2 hr series,The Baby Pact, with Actor Eric Balfour. Lisa's plays have been produced Off-Broadway and regionally and published by Samuel French. She has written hundreds of animated movies for the kids site BrainPOP, of which she was the founding Editor-In-Chief. She produced Disney Interactive’s inaugural iPhone and iPad apps, which launched on the iPad and garnered multiple multimedia awards.

A Washington DC native and longtime New Yorker, Lisa currently lives in Venice Beach, CA.
