A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Stella Adler Conservatory for Acting in Los Angeles, Michael Walker made his directorial debut with the film Chasing Sleep, which stars Jeff Daniels. The film debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival and was distributed by LionsGate. He followed that with the comedy Price Check, starring Parker Posey, which was distributed by IFC Films after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. The Maid’s Room, with Paula Garces, Bill Camp, and Annabella Sciorra, was featured at the Austin Film Festival and released by Paladin. His most recent feature is Cut Shoot Kill, with Alexandra Socha and Alex Hurt, which was released by Freestyle.
